BLOOMY Cheese & Provisions is a wee cheese shop in Dobbs Ferry, NY, specializing in American artisan cheese and delicious handmade pantry items and gifts. Owner Jessica Galen has loved cheese from a young age, and assisted in cheese caves and for a raw milk farmstead cheesemaker while in graduate school for Food Studies at NYU. She later managed Lucy’s Whey, then the Upper East Side’s largest artisan cheese shop. She has dedicated her career to supporting independent farming, most recently as Director of Communications at Stone Barns Center.
