40 North Restaurant, has a 100 seat dining room with an adjoining deck for beautiful waterfront dining, has opened under new management. Our venue is available for celebrations and has re-opened for dinner. The new owner has taken advantage of the beautiful water views to create a menu that celebrates the beautiful, bountiful, Caribbean.
Our chef is a native of Nassau, Bahamas, born from Jamaican parents making our Caribbean menu extremely authentic. The chef has over 20 years of culinary and catering experience providing delicious meals for all ages.
The General Manager, Melainie Williams also pursued her love of all things culinary and has been catering parties small and large as well as starting and executing school lunch programs for several years. She brings a Culinary Management Degree from the Institute of Culinary Education with her. Feel free to stop in and see her anytime or call her to handle all your catering requests.
